However, we are regularly engaged by clients pre or post planning, to tender for the Project Management and Construction of their projects. The below outlines a typical end to end service, outlining the stages involved in a potential larger scale project for a single dwelling.

STAGE 1 - GET IN TOUCH WITH US
If you are looking at potential sites, or an existing property that requires extending, refurbishing or re-developing, or works to your current home, we will gladly meet you at the property, obligation free, to discuss your requirements and offer our appraisal on various matters.
STAGE 2 - DESIGN & ARCHITECTURE
Once you have engaged us to undertake your Design works, we will work with you, our Architect, Surveyors and Planning Consultants to create and refine a Design Scheme tailored to your requirements, including mood boards and internal specifications.
STAGE 3 - PLANNING
Once your planning application has been submitted by us, we will manage the process and keep you well appraised of the status. Pending a successful outcome, we will commence a detailed scope of works in order for us to be able to tender accurately.
STAGE 4 - BUILDING & PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Our experienced team will build and project manage the scheme, including all procurement. The integration across all project stages by our Directors sets us apart, and provides our clients with a seamless experience.
STAGE 5 - COMPLETION
Your beautiful house is complete, and now it's time to make it a home.
STAGE 6 - INTERIOR DESIGN & FURNISHINGS
We offer a full interior design service, including all furniture and soft furnishings.
